A True Spiritual Life Story:
Though I was baptized as an infant, thus connected to my Lord Jesus Christ (Galatians 3:27), I eventually began to trust in my own good works (Romans 10:2-3), rather than the finished work of Christ for my entrance into heaven (2 Corinthians 5:21; 1 Peter 2:24).  However, when in my late 20's, God, by the Spirit working through the Word (James 1:18; 1 Peter 1:23), reconnected me to my Lord Jesus Christ and transformed my life (2 Corinthians 5:17)!  Now I know my sins are forgiven (Acts 3:19) and I have the gift of eternal life (Romans 6:23)!  Rev. Bethlehem: Our church family has 300+ members.

Our History: In the very early 1900's, families from St. Mark Lutheran Church, on Pearl Road in Cleveland, joined together to establish Bethlehem Lutheran Church of Parma.  The first building was constructed at the corner of State Road and Pleasant Valley Road.  The first worship service took place on November 13, 1904. In the 1960's the congregation purchased and built on 14 acres of land on State Road, just south of their original location!
