The site is provided as a ministry
We offer this website and its content (sermons, Bible studies, newsletters, announcements, worship folders, and the like) for the benefit of our congregation and community. We may change, add, or remove content or features at any time. We try to keep everything accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it will always be correct, complete, or uninterrupted.
Administrator sign-in
Some areas of the site are restricted to church staff who sign in. If you have sign-in access, please keep it secure, use it only for church purposes, and let us know if you suspect it has been misused. The public does not create accounts.
Acceptable use
Please use the site lawfully and respectfully. In particular, you agree not to:
- attempt to disrupt the site or gain unauthorized access to any part of it
- upload or transmit harmful code
- collect or harvest information about other users
- use the site to send spam or for unrelated commercial purposes
- submit content that is unlawful, harassing, defamatory, or that infringes anyone’s rights
Content you submit
When you send us something through the site (for example, a prayer request), you confirm that it is yours to share, and you give the church permission to use it for ministry purposes consistent with the choices you make (see our Privacy Policy). Please share prayer requests about other people only with their consent. We may decline to publish, or may remove, any submission at our discretion.
Links and third-party services
The site links to and relies on third-party services, such as online giving through PayPal, maps, and video. We are not responsible for those services or their content, and your use of them is governed by their own terms and policies.
Copyright
Sermons, recordings, writings, images, and other materials on this site are the property of Bethlehem Parma (LCMS) or are used with permission, unless otherwise noted. You are welcome to share links and to listen, watch, or read for personal, non-commercial use. For any other use, or to report a copyright concern, please contact us.
No warranties; limitation of liability
The site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Bethlehem Parma (LCMS) and its staff and volunteers are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the site. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
